IRFU Academy 7s Series Kicks Off At High Performance Centre

The IRFU Academy 7s Series kicked off on Saturday as the Ireland Men’s Sevens, Connacht, Munster and Ulster produced six competitive and hugely entertaining games at the IRFU High Performance Centre.

Designed to give players a platform to return to meaningful action, the opening Round of the Academy 7s yielded 41 tries and no shortage of high-quality rugby as Ireland seized an early lead in the Series standings with three wins from three on Saturday.
