On a wild and windy day at the IRFU High Performance Centre, Day 2 of the IRFU Academy 7s provided some welcome action for the players.

Ulster Rugby Academy Manager Kieran Campbell highlighted the importance of playing time for this cohort of young professionals, “The players are delighted to get out on the pitch. They’ve felt a bit like professional trainers of late so this competition is really important for their development in the absence of other playing opportunities.”
