Ireland’s Rugby World Cup Welcome Ceremony

Ireland’s return to the Women’s Rugby World Cup was marked by a joyous welcome ceremony at St. Giles Square in Northampton on Saturday afternoon.

The ceremony, which inlcuded Ireland’s Pool rivals Japan as well as South Africa and Brazil, marks the official welcome of teams and the presentation of the player caps.

Ireland kick off their campaign against Japan on Sunday, August 24th.
