The Ireland squad stepped up preparations for Saturday’s Autumn Nations Cup showdown against England at Twickenham with another intense hit-out on Wednesday morning.

After Andy Farrell named his Match Day 23 for the Round 2 encounter in London (kick-off 3pm) earlier today, the squad were back on the training paddock at their Carton House base.
