Ireland Pre-Training Gym Session

The Ireland team trained today at the Ichihara Suporeku Park facility in Chiba Prefecture. Preparing for training is as important as the session itself and the players go through a regime of activation and individual prep before they hit the training ground. Take a look at the gallery below.
