The ‘down day’ is an integral part of any Ireland tour or Rugby World Cup campaign. It’s not just a chance to take a break from training, it’s also an opportunity to see the sights and have fun with team mates.

It may just be a hunt for the best coffee in town but there’s also everything from golf to sumo to theme park rides.
