Terenure College RFC Senior Squad Seek Head Coach for 2025/26 Season

Terenure College RFC are seeking a new head coach for the 2025/26 season.

Located in Dublin and founded in 1940 with a strong heritage and notable achievements to include; winning Division 1A of the Energia All-Ireland League and All-Ireland Bateman Cups.

Terenure College RFC is an open and inclusive community-based club fielding five men’s teams, U-20s, mini and youth rugby programme (boys & girls) and our Terenure Tigers (disability rugby programme).

The Role

• Develop and implement a strategy to achieve continued success at the highest level.
• Focus on player development and fostering a winning culture + environment.
• Lead a high performance playing, coaching and management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pitch sessions with clear game plans and training strategies.
• Identify and manage player development and recruitment needs.
• Bbuild strong relationships with fellow coaches and within the wider community.
