Kissane To MC Sustaining Irish Rugby Forum

Sinéad Kissane has been announced as MC for the IRFU’s inaugural Sustaining Irish Rugby Forum.

The journalist and broadcaster will take to the stage in the Aviva Stadium on Sunday, November 24 with a panel of experts to look at trends in wider-society around the theme ‘Shaping the Future of Club Rugby Together’.

The purpose of the event is to identify how clubs are dealing with the challenges and opportunities they face in the coming years.

“I am looking forward to hearing the expertise, knowledge and opinion from various stakeholders at the forum,” she said. “This is a day when the interests of the club will be front and centre and I’m looking forward to facilitating that conversation.”

The Sustaining Irish Rugby Forum will bring current and future club leaders together with experts in sports administration and thought-leaders, to share best practice, and to identify and discuss strategies that can address the sustainability of club rugby.

Interested club members are asked to contact their club’s Honorary Secretary about attending the event.
