Head Of Rugby Participation

The IRFU are now inviting applications for the position of Head of Rugby Participation.

The Head of Rugby Participation is a new role within the IRFU’s Rugby Department, working to implement the Union’s national strategy for growth and development, and reporting to the Director of Rugby Development.

The Head of Rugby Participation will have oversight of the participation strategy together with the daily activities taken place across the participation programmes; promotion, retention development and growth.

This position is being offered on a 3-year fixed-term, full time basis and will be based at 10-12 Lansdowne Road, Dublin 4.
