Ireland Down Under: James Ryan On The Second Test

‘There’s been a spike to training this week’ says Ireland second row James Ryan. We spoke to him at Captain’s Run in Melbourne today ahead of the big game.

Speaking about the build up James Ryan said: “We spoke about last week, we think we lost too many collisions so that’s a focus area for us this week to make sure physically that we’re up for it.

He also spoke about losing his first professional rugby match, “It was never a thing for me, that’s maybe the only silver lining is that stuff is over now. The main focus for us is the match tomorrow night and it is a massive one.”
