Ireland Down Under: James Ryan On The Build-Up To The First Test

Young second row James Ryan knows that the first Test against Australia will be a tough one. He spoke to the media today about the challenge that lies ahead for Joe Schmidt’s men in Brisbane.

“We’re expecting an incredibly tough Test match on Saturday. The Wallabies are the last team to beat New Zealand and they did it at the Suncorp in Brisbane,” said James Ryan. “Like every Aussie team, they like to play with the ball in hand and they have some serious outside backs.”
