Match-by-match we take a look at the moments that made Ireland’s Grand Slam, and there is a feature interview with Leinster and Ireland second row James Ryan as he continues to scale the heights for both province and country.

Elsewhere, we take a look at the Ireland Men’s Sevens team as they aim for glory at the Hong Kong 7s this weekend and a shot at qualification for the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series.

In other news, we profile Adam Griggs, newly-appointed to the Women’s High Performance Unit on the back of his coaching of Ireland during the Women’s Six Nations. There is a look back at an historic capping ceremony for the trailblazers of the Women’s game in Ireland, and we feature Railway Union’s victory in the recent Women’s All-Ireland Cup final.

In the Ulster Bank League section, there is the shortlist of tries for the #UBLTry of the Month award for February, a profile of reigning Ulster Bank Bateman Cup champions Cork Constitution, and we hear from Ulster Bank ambassador Rory Cogan about his club Highfield.

All this and a chance to win tickets to Ireland’s next home game at the Aviva Stadium in November.
