In The Chair: Garry Ringrose And Sam Arnold

This week on ‘In The Chair’, live on facebook.com/irishrugby, we spoke to Garry Ringrose and Sam Arnold about snow, their paths to the pro game and reuniting their Ireland Under-20 centre partnership – one day!

We hear from Garry Ringrose about his stepping stones from Blackrock College to the Leinster Academy and then on to Ireland.

For Sam Arnold, it was his Irish heritage that drew him to the IRFU Exiles, Ireland Under-18 Clubs and a debut for Ulster at 18 before his move south to Munster.

The two joined forces for the Ireland Under-20s in 2015 – in a team that also included Jacob Stockdale, Joey Carbery, Andrew Porter and Billy Dardis, the current Ireland Sevens captain.
