In episode 2 of ‘On The Road With The Ireland 7s’, we get a behind-the-scenes look at the Ireland Women’s Sevens squad in action during the Sydney 7s tournament at the end of January.

We hear from Audrey O’Flynn on what the winning feeling means and how the Ireland Women’s team prepare for a tournament on the training field,

Team captain Lucy Mulhall takes us through her kick-off and restart routine and tells us how the players get their mindset right across a three-day tournament.

We also hear from rising star Eve Higgins about a very special jersey presentation and what it means to represent her country.

On The Road With The Ireland Sevens: Episode 2 – Sydney

The Ireland Men’s and Women’s Sevens sides are on the journey of a lifetime as they prepare for the Rugby World Cup Sevens tournaments in San Francisco in July. Irish Rugby TV will follow the two squads as they traverse the globe for their Sevens dream.

In Episode 1, we followed both teams at the Dubai 7s as the Women’s team competed in the HSBC World Rugby Women’s Sevens Series, and the Men’s outfit took part in the Dubai 7s International Invitational tournament.
