Irish Rugby TV: Ronan O’Gara On His Time In Ireland Camp

To watch him kick is to watch a master at work but Ronan O’Gara isn’t resting on his laurels. The Racing 92 assistant coach has spent the last two weeks ‘observing and learning’ about the Ireland squad and coaching set-up – and he’s impressed.

“Coaching with this group has been exceptional. I was observing and soaking up as much as possible this week and Joe (Schmidt) needed a body or two to run and if you don’t get excited about being in a stadium like this, your’re in the wrong sport,” admitted former Ireland out-half Ronan O’Gara, speaking at Red Bull Arena in New Jersey.
