The Ireland Under-20s, sponsored by PwC, stepped up their preparations for the World Rugby U-20 Championship with a team building training camp in Birr last week.

We spoke to local boy Jack Regan about training in his home town as the Ireland Under-20s prepare for the tournament in Georgia.
