The IRFU announced details of ‘IQ Rugby’ this week. We hear from IRFU Performance Director David Nucifora and Joe Lydon, the Head of International Talent ID, about the programme which will be responsible for the identification, development and management of overseas Irish-qualified talent.
Fomer Rugby League star Joe Lydon has worked with both England and Wales in the areas of coaching and development pathways. He will be supported on the ground by Talent Identification coaches Wayne Mitchell and Kevin Maggs, the former Ireland international.
