Zebo Undergoes Knee Operation

As the Munster squad continue to follow their end of season training schedule, the province’s medical team have issued the latest update for the following players.

Simon Zebo underwent a keyhole procedure on his knee on Tuesday with the winger/full-back expected to follow his rehabilitation programme for a number of weeks. A return timeline will be reviewed once initial post-op healing is complete.

Centre Francis Saili underwent a procedure on his shoulder today and the New Zealander will commence his rehabilitation programme during the off-season.

Tommy O’Donnell and Niall Scannell, who both sustained concussion during last Saturday’s encounter with the Scarlets at Thomond Park, are being monitored by the medical staff this week, while Andrew Conway continues to be reviewed for a knee injury he sustained in the final game of the season.
