England star James Haskell, with tongue firmly in cheek, went #RigCity for his message:

Not to be outdone by this show of physical prowess, local boy and ‘Tarf clubman Cian Healy sent his own message to the northside club. The views for both videos are clocking up on our YouTube channel

On Thursday it was #throwbackthursday time on Twitter, so we took the chance to look back at all the clubs that have won the league including the four from Munster.

Shannon (9) and Cork Con (4) lead the way in terms of titles won. There’s a young Ronan O’Gara in there if you look closely.

On facebook.com/irishrugby, Cork Constitution skipper James Ryan spoke about the challenge for the club this weekend and his pride in leading out the club at the home of Irish Rugby.
