A Friday Night Lights Cork derby could decide the Division 2B shake up this weekend as 2nd place Highfield make the short trip to 3rd place Sunday’s Well.

Sunday’s Well (3^rd) v Highfield (2^nd), Irish Independent Park, Friday Night Lights, 7.30pm
The visitors ran out 24 – 11 winners when these two met in September but there’s a lot more at stake in this floodlit clash on Friday night.

The Well are three bonus points behind Highfield in the table in the 2^nd last round of the regular season.

Both sides can also overhaul leaders City of Derry should they get the wobbles. This one could be a cracker.

Armagh (6^th) v Greystones (4^th), Palace Grounds
An away win will copper fasten a top four finish for Greystones and with it a promotion playoff place.

There was only a point in it when the clubs met at the start of the season and the home side won’t be an easy touch this weekend.

The visitors have the most to gain and lose – can they keep the nerves in check?

Bective Rangers (8^th) v City of Derry (1^st), Donnybrook
A match that could decide promotion and relegation – what more do you need?

Should Bective lose and Rainey win against MU Barnhall then things will get very sticky for the Dublin 4 club.

The league leaders won 40 – 17 back in September and despite recent losses to Armagh and Sunday’s Well they should be good enough to take the win again.

MU Barnhall (5^th) v Rainey Old Boys (9^th), Parsonstown
It is still mathematically possible for MU Barnhall to make the top four but it would take a dramatic collapse from Greystones for it to happen.

Still the Wicklow side can only play the game in front of them and this weekend that is a Rainey side fighting to avoid a relegation playoff.

An away win this weekend would give them a lifeline.

Seapoint (10^th) v Dungannon (7^th), Kilbogget Park
The only match that could be described as a dead rubber. Seapoint will be in Division 2C next season while Dungannon did enough in recent matches to climb out of the danger zone.

The early season clash saw Dungannon win 28 – 15 and recent form suggests a similar outcome on Saturday afternoon.
