Finding An IRFU Tag Team Or Player

Nobody need miss out on IRFU Volkswagen Tag just because they are a player who cannot find a team or part of a team running short of players.

There are a number of ways in connecting with the rest of the IRFU’s Tag community.

1) Join the IRFU Tag Facebook group and post your availability there. Teams regularly visit this busy page checking in on news, etc.  
 
2) Go to the venue itself. Our Venue Managers will endeavour to find you a team or your team a player. This is 99.9% successful. Can happen on an open night before leagues take place or when they start.
 
For example, in venues such as Suttonians RFC or Sligo RFC there are whole teams made up of those who have turned up to the host club’s open nights that they have held pre-season.

Once the Spring League season gets under way, we reach the time when things traditionally get very busy indeed with players and teams making enquiries as to how they can get involved.
