Three Girls rugby open training sessions will take place in Ulster this coming Sunday. The sessions are free of charge, led by Ulster Rugby coaches and are open to all girls aged 12-18 years both novice or experienced in playing rugby.
The sessions will focus on basic skills, decision making and tackle technique. This is also an opportunity to be seen by Ulster Rugby staff looking to identify new talent for next season’s Ulster Under-18 Girls Development squad who will have an invite only pre-Christmas training session.
Venues and times for Sunday’s open training sessions are shown below:
Letterkenny RFC: 1pm-2.30pm
Randalstown RFC: 12pm-1.30pm
Monaghan RFC: 12:30pm-2pm
