Malone (5th) V Thomond (9th), Gibson Park
Malone have won two and lost two and they’ve been involved in some high scoring games. They lost to UCC on the road two weeks but still put up over twenty points.

One win and two losing bonus points isn’t the ideal start for Thomond but they are by no means out of the running at this early stage of the season.

Naas (3rd) v Queens (4th), Forenaughts
Match of the day in Division 2A? Both teams certainly need a result having lost in the last round of games.

Naas have put up two big scores at home so far and Queens like to run so expect this to be a fairly open affair.

Very evenly matched in the table, will it be the same on the pitch on Saturday?

Nenagh Ormond (7th) v Galway Corinthians (10th), New Ormond Park
Nenagh Ormond are a game behind but motoring nicely after shutting out UCC in their last match.

Corinthians are struggling for form and with one win and one losing bonus they need to find it fast or they face a long season ahead.

A home win.

Skerries (8th) v Banbridge (1st), Holmpatrick
Skerries are another side struggling for form, the caveat is that they have picked up a losing bonus in two of their three defeats.

Saturday brings little in the way of relief as table toppers Banbridge come to Holmpatrick.

Expect a lively crowd, a lively match and an away win as the likely outcome.

UCC (6th) v Cashel (2nd), Mardyke
A topsy turvy start for UCC with two wins and two losses – one by seven and one by twenty.

Cashel are the visitors ‘neath the green leafy shade’ this weekend and with three from three are unbeaten and with a game in hand.

A win for the Tipp side will keep them motoring nicely.
