The exams are in full flow and the summer is upon us. For many young players it is time to rest, but getting the right nutrition is still important.

The off-season is a time for relaxing and taking a break both physically and mentally from the stress of the season.

Nutrition plays a part here too, and this information aims to outline how you can get the most out of what you eat in order to stay in good shape.

The key messages for the off season are ‘Take A Break’ and then ‘Set A Goal’ – whether it is building body mass or trimming body fat, we have advice on how do this properly.

Download the #Eat2Compete FactSheet for the Off-Season here.
