Leinster Wait To Make Call On Injured Trio

The Leinster squad trained in UCD today ahead of Friday’s GUINNESS PRO12 game against Edinburgh at the RDS (kick-off 7.35pm).

There was further good news on the injury front as Shane Jennings, Jordi Murphy, Dave Kearney and Fergus McFadden all returned to training this week, although the game against Edinburgh is likely to be a week too soon for experienced flanker Jennings.

Dan Leavy has suffered no reaction having returned from a knee injury to play against Carmarthen Quins in the British & Irish Cup last weekend and is again available for selection.

A final assessment on whether the other three players will be selected to play against Edinburgh, or will be held back for the Benetton Treviso game on November 23, will not be made until tomorrow morning.
