Referees Appointed For November Internationals

The IRB have confirmed the match officials for Ireland’s GUINNESS Series matches and the other nations’ November internationals.

Ireland open the GUINNESS Series against South Africa on Saturday, November 8 at the Aviva Stadium with Romain Poite in charge.

Another Frenchman, Mathieu Raynal, will referee the second game of the series against Georgia the following Sunday, while the final fixture against Australia will be refereed by Glen Jackson of New Zealand.

IRFU international referees John Lacey and George Clancy have been named in the match officials panel for the international window in November.

Clancy will be in charge of the Samoa v Canada game on November 14 and for the clash between France and Argentina at the Stade de France a week later.

Lacey will referee the match between Fiji and USA on November 21 and also the Wales v South Africa fixture at the Millennium Stadium on November 29.
