Defending Ulster Bank League champions Clontarf host UCD in a Friday Night Lights clash at Castle Avenue (kick-off 7.30pm) live on Irish Rugby TV tonight.

The two clubs are evenly matched in Division 1A to date with two wins from three games, but the students come into this clash on the back of a solid home win over Dolphin.

Tonight’s match at Castle Avenue promises to be a cracker if last season is anything to go by. ‘Tarf won the first encounter 25-16, while UCD nearly scuppered the Bulls’ title challenge when they beat them 39-33 in the return fixture last March.
