RBS 6 Nations Trophy At Ravenhill For Interpro Derby

The RBS 6 Nations trophy will be at Ravenhill on Friday night when Ulster host provincial rivals Connacht in an eagerly-awaited RaboDirect PRO12 derby match.

Supporters will have the opportunity to get their photograph with the trophy either before or after the match.

The Championship silverware, lifted by Ireland captain Paul O’Connell in Paris last month, will be located in the lobby of Ravenhill’s new grandstand.

It will be on display from 5.30pm until 7pm before the interprovincial clash and for half an hour after the game.

Ulster players Rory Best, Andrew Trimble, Chris Henry, Dan Tuohy, Luke Marshall, Iain Henderson and Paddy Jackson all played important roles for Ireland in winning the RBS 6 Nations title.

On Friday night Ulster return to Ravenhill looking to bounce back after the disappointment of their narrow Heineken Cup quarter-final defeat to Saracens.

There are fewer than 500 tickets remaining for the Ulster v Connacht fixture. Tickets can be purchased online here.
