Feast of Top Underage Fixtures Kick Off The Festive Season

This month rugby fans will get the opportunity to witness the next generation of Irish and provincial stars in action with six top underage representative fixtures scheduled for the festive season.

Leinster Schools get things underway under floodlights at Donnybrook on Wednesday, December 11 as they take on Australia Schools.

Tickets for this match can be purchased on the Leinster Rugby website and are priced at €;10 for adults and €;5 for schoolchildren. A family ticket for two adults and two children is available for €;25.

Three days later, on Saturday, December 14, the Ireland Under-19s line out against Australia Schools at Ravenhill.

Ireland U-19 last played Australia at this age grade in 2009, winning the first fixture 15-0 in Cork IT before losing the second match a week later 31-14 in Belfield.

The Ravenhill clash gets underway at 2.30pm and tickets are available from the Ulster Rugby website. Adult tickets range from £9 to £20, while child tickets start at £5. A 15% saving is available on family tickets (two adults and two children) and season ticket holders can avail of a 10% discount.

On Tuesday, December 17, Australia Schools play the final match of their UK & Ireland tour as they take on Munster Schools at Thomond Park.

This fixture kicks off at 5pm and tickets are available at the gate. Tickets are priced at €;3 for 16s and under, €;5 for students and OAPs and €;7 for adults.
