Ireland Wolfhounds To Face Saxons In Gloucester

The O2 Ireland Wolfhounds will play the England Saxons at Kingsholm in Gloucester on Saturday, January 25 next year.

The match will be broadcast live on Sky Sports (kick-off 5pm) as the teams renew their rivalry which saw the Saxons beat the Wolfhounds in Galway last season.

That match at the Sportsground saw Robbie Henshaw earn his first Wolfhounds cap as part of a side captained by Munster back rower James Coughlan.

In close game the visitors emerged victorious on a 14-10 scoreline.

Henshaw went on to win his first full caps during the summer tour to the USA and Canada in June.

Tickets for the England Saxons v O2 Ireland Wolfhounds match will be available from Gloucester Rugby Club shortly.
