Ulster Bank International Club Team Coach

The Irish Rugby Football Union is seeking applications for the role of Ulster Bank International Club team Coach.

The role of the International Club team Coach is to provide the Squad with an excellent rugby experience aligned to player capacities while achieving desired results through good coaching and good team performances.

The Milestone events will be two International Club fixtures in 2014 and 2015.

The appointment will be for two seasons (2013/14 & 2014/15)

Applicants should satisfy the following criteria:

i. Essential:

  • Recent or previous UBAIL Division 1 or 2 head coaching experience
  • IRFU Level 2 Accredited Coach (Stage 4 rugby)
  • Strong Management Skills (Interpersonal, Leadership, Motivational, Patience and Teamwork).

The role is a volunteer appointment with travel expenses reimbursed.

Candidates who satisfy the above criteria are invited to apply using the attached Pro-forma and a covering letter outlining their suitability for the role.
