Hurley Signs One-Year Deal With Munster

Scrum half Gerry Hurley, who is currently involved in pre-season training with Munster, has signed a one year training contract with his native province.

Gerry Hurley, who graduated from the Munster Rugby Academy in 2008 made his first senior appearance for the province when lining out against USA in August 2007.

He was capped five times that season including a Heineken Cup debut against Clermont Auvergne.

This year Hurley captained his club side Cork Constitution to an Ulster Bank Bateman All-Ireland Cup title, and the 29-year-old also captained the Ireland Club international side against England Counties and Scotland Clubs.
