#O2BehindTheGreen: Team Building At Niagara Falls

Down days on tour do not just mean a break from training. They also offer a chance for the squad to take in some of the local sights – in this case the spectacular Niagara Falls.

Taking in the ‘Maid of the Mist’ boat tour around the Falls and a lunch in the Skylon Tower with spectacular views, the Ireland summer tour squad and management enjoyed the chance to relax on Wednesday.

In our latest tour video, performance psychologist Enda McNulty speaks about the importance of such days in helping any squad to bond together and build a shared environment that leads to success.
