#O2BehindTheGreen: Meeting The MegaWatt And Walking On The Moon

The preparations continue in Houston, Texas for Ireland’s Test match against the USA on Saturday. The squad met with local rugby fans and NFL megastar JJ Watt and also took a trip to NASA on their down day.

Tuesday night saw the Ireland squad head to the Reliant Centre in Houston for a traditional tour dinner with local rugby folk, Irish fans and the business community.

The highlight of the night was the attendance of Houston Texans megastar JJ Watt who, it turns out, is an Irish rugby fan.

The dinner was a relaxed affair and a chance for Chris Henry to talk about the ‘fines system’ that operates on tour.

Wednesday was a down day and a trip to NASA where, amidst the rockets, astronaut training centre and moon rocks, one scepticial Ireland squad member gave his views of the moon landing.
