Kearney Launches Kellogg’s Campaign

Rob Kearney togged out with some rugby stars of the future to launch Kellogg’s 2013 IRFU partnership. Kellogg’s has been a proud supporter of Irish rugby for over ten years. During this time participation in the sport has continued to grow from a grassroots level with almost a fifth (18%) of children in Ireland now playing rugby.

Commenting on the partnership, Claire McFerran, Marketing Director, Kellogg’s, said: “Kellogg’s partnership with the IRFU is part of Kellogg’s commitment to physical activity and sport in the community.

“As the official Cereal and Snack provider to the Irish rugby team, Kellogg’s has witnessed the sport go from strength to strength and we are delighted that our rugby ambassador Rob Kearney will be joining us to bring Irish rugby fans the most up-to-date rugby coverage from the Lions tour Australia, through a variety of routes.”

Kellogg’s rugby ambassador Rob Kearney said: “As a member of the Lions touring party I am looking forward to a great summer tour. I am delighted to continue my relationship with Kellogg’s who continue to support Irish rugby.

To celebrate their involvement in Irish rugby, Kellogg’s today announced that they will be running a month long partnership with JOE.ie.

The partnership, which will be fronted by Kellogg’s rugby ambassador Rob Kearney, will offer rugby fans the chance to share their words of support for Irish rugby players to be in with a chance of winning a rugby breakfast event and live screening of the second Test match on Saturday, June 29.
