Voting Opens For Player Of The Championship

Voting for the hotly contested RBS Player of the Championship is now open. You can select from the 15 players shortlisted on the RBS 6 Nations website.

This year supporters have had more of a say than ever before because the shortlist is compiled through technical statistics, and crucially, fan opinion.

With the help of Accenture, RBS have created an algorithm which gives every player a score based on match statistics and social listening online.

According to match statistics and fan opinion, these are the best performing players and two of them are Irish – backs Conor Murray and Brian O’Driscoll.

Now it is your chance to have the final say by voting who should be crowned the RBS Player of the Championship. Voting closes at midnight this Wednesday (March 20).
