Tuohy Facing Four Week Lay-Off

Ulster second row Dan Tuohy could be out for up to four weeks after a scan revealed he tore his calf muscle during the 10-9 Heineken Cup defeat to Northampton Saints at Ravenhill on Saturday.

Paddy Jackson, who sustained a dead leg in the same match, is responding well to treatment and is likely to be available for selection for the RaboDirect PRO12 derby against Leinster this Friday.

Meanwhile, no date has been confirmed for Tommy Bowe’s knee surgery but it is expected that it will take place before the end of this week.
