Performance Nutritionist – Leinster Rugby

Leinster Rugby is seeking applications from qualified persons in the area of Sports and Performance Nutrition.

Applicants should hold a qualification at degree level in a relevant subject plus a recognised post-graduate qualification in Nutrition or Dietetics OR a degree in Nutrition or Dietetics, and have current experience in the area of Sport and Performance Nutrition, having worked with sportspersons in power, strength and speed within team sports.

This part-time position will deliver and develop nutritional support programmes to Leinster Rugby’s Professional, Academy players and identified Sub Academy players.

A major role will be to support the integration of performance nutrition by working closely with the Fitness, Coaching and Medical staff in Leinster Rugby to maximise the effectiveness of players’ training and competitive programmes through appropriate nutrition strategies.
