It was the biggest and the best All-Ireland Tag yet with nearly 2,000 taggers and their supporters packing out Suttonians RFC on Saturday.
There was plenty of fun to be had and prizes in each grade but the day was about much more than that as the social side that night emphasised!
In the end the Mengal Taggers who play in Malone RFC won out with a ‘Golden Try’ in extra time to defeat the Bircroft Panthers 7 – 6 and clinch the ‘Paul Flood Memorial’ Cup and the All-Ireland title.
