The Barbarians defeated Ireland 29-28 with a last-gasp penalty on Tuesday night in Gloucester and there was plenty of action for the crowd of over 11,000 to enjoy.
The result was disappointing for the Ireland XV but the game was a chance for players to get some game-time under their belts and for some players to stake a last claim for a place in the summer tour squad.
