Registering with Volkswagen Tag’s Spring Leagues

All you need to know about Volkswagen Tag’s Spring Leagues, which are starting in just a matter of weeks.

As April nears, Volkswagen Tag there are host clubs in all four provinces readying up for the beginning of their respective Spring Leagues.

Spring Tag offers itself as either an introduction to teams new to tag rugby or just new to a venue while also providing an ideal starting point for already existing teams to prepare for the Summer season ahead.

We are delighted to see this year welcoming two NEW host clubs thus bringing Spring Leagues to each province. The new venues being Queen’s University Belfast at the rugby club situated this world famous campus and Lansdowne FC under the auspices of the Aviva Stadium on the back pitch.

Taking place over six weeks, the first half of the Spring Tag season will entail teams playing in grading rounds and after week three concludes, re-assigned places in leagues with other teams finishing in similar position.

Registrations have been online since January and are rapidly filling up, so do not leave it too late to register your team. Get in now!
