New Ireland Jerseys Now Available Nationwide

The new PUMA Ireland jerseys and kits are now on sale at all good sports retailers in the four provinces. You can also order your new jersey direct from the IRFU’s own webshop, www.IrishRugbyShop.ie.

Ireland internationals Luke Fitzgerald and Gordon D’Arcy took time out from pre-season training to deliver some of the new PUMA Ireland stock, which went on sale across the four provinces today.

Supporters can now purchase the new PUMA Ireland jerseys – home, away, training, women’s and children’s – from their local sports store or via the IRFU’s own webshop, www.IrishRugbyShop.ie.

The green home and white alternate jerseys are available to buy, along with the red and ebony training shirts.

The home shirt takes its inspiration from the styling of traditional buttoned neck rugby shirts from the 1800s and incorporates an off-centre placket detail, a direct reference to an original Ireland shirt image that was found within IRFU archives.

The new alternate shirt follows PUMA’s ‘speed theme’ with a dynamic look offering all of the benefits of the home shirt complete with a contemporary neck line.

Ireland will wear the new kits for the first time early next month when they take part in a series of Rugby World Cup warm-up matches, including the GUINNESS Summer Series clashes with France (Saturday, August 20) and England (Saturday, August 27).

Tickets for the GUINNESS Summer Series games are available to purchase here.
