Connacht Face Aironi In Refixed Game

The break for the return of the RBS 6 Nations gives teams the chance to catch up on outstanding Magners League fixtures, starting with Friday’s clash between Connacht and Aironi Rugby in Galway.

This is a rescheduled round 10 game, which was called off on December 3 due to the bad weather.

Connacht have had three home games during the international period and won all of them. Their 31-25 defeat of the other Italian outfit, Benetton Treviso, last time out sees them now sitting eighth in the table..

Connacht will want to continue their winning ways if they are to finish the season in their highest position in the table since the Magners League first went home and away for the 2003/04 campaign.
