Fans Turn Out For Munster’s Open Session

With over 500 supporters in attendance at Thomond Park on Thursday watching the Munster squad’s open training session, the players were more than happy to remain on afterwards to sign autographs and pose for photographs.

Missing from the training session was Tony Buckley who is suffering from a virus and is almost certain to miss out on the game against Glasgow Warriors this weekend.

Other than that the team selected to face Glasgow is likely to be along the lines of the side that will take on Toulon in the Heineken Cup on Sunday week.

On a positive note, Marcus Horan, who recovering from a broken thumb, took part in the open training session. He was not involved in the contact element, but that aspect may be on the agenda next week.
