Coughlan Included In Munster Squad

The Munster management have announced a 27-man squad for the province’s Magners League match against Glasgow Warriors at Musgrave Park on Saturday (kick-off 7.30pm).

The update on Jerry Flannery is that the results of a scan taken on Tuesday have shown a tear in his right calf muscle which will rule him out of action for four to six weeks.

Meanwhile, James Coughlan has been named in Munster’s extended squad to face Glasgow after seeing a specialist who confirmed his cheekbone injury was not as serious as first thought.

The Munster squad will hold an open training session at Thomond Park on Thursday from 11.15am to 1.15pm. All support is welcome and entry is via the green gate of the East Stand.
