Tallaght’s Kiltipper Move

Tallaght RFC are delighted to have moved to a new training area in Kiltipper. This new 3.5 acre site is now the training area for all the club’s sides from Mini/Youths to the Adult sides of the club.

The eventual aim of Tallaght RFC is to make this their new home. The club has made great strides in turning this green field site into a home. The installation of floodlighting allows the use of the area in the evenings for training purposes.

Containers have been brought up to allow changing rooms to be put on site with the aim being to have them plumbed for showers in the coming months.

The thoughts now turn to establishing a pitch on the site to make a place to call home. While doing all this, the drive to bring new players to the club to build on already growing numbers in the mini and youth sections continues.

If you are interested in finding out more about Tallaght RFC training times and days please contact: Brendan Rudd (Youth co-ordinator, 0868567392), Ken Kinsella (mini co-ordinator, 0851403555) and Brian Tyrell (adult rugby, 0879261931).
