Secondary Broadcasters Confirmed For League Games

Celtic Rugby, in consultation with their broadcast partners, have confirmed details of the secondary broadcast schedule for Magners League games up until the New Year.

In round 1 of this season’s Magners League, RTE will show the Glasgow Warriors v Leinster match (hosted by BBC ALBA), whilst BBC Wales will join BBC Northern Ireland in showing the Ulster v Ospreys fixture.

The following weekend, S4C will cover the Cardiff Blues’ trip to Dublin along with RTE.

In all, secondary broadcasts of 17 Magners League games have been agreed. giving fans across Ireland and the UK even more comprehensive coverage of their favourite teams

In other developments, the timings of most of the non-televised games have been finalised, whilst the kick-off time for the first leg of the1872 match between Glasgow Warriors and Edinburgh has been brought forward to 5.35pm on December 27, both legs will now kick-off at the same time.
