Tickets for the Ireland v Barbarians match at Thomond Park on Friday week are in the post to the hundreds of lucky winners in the Supporters Club competition, and one young lady from Clarina will lead the team out as their mascot for the day.
We had hundreds of tickets to giveaway for the Thomond Park clash between Ireland and the Barbarians on Friday week (June 4) and we asked you one simple question.
‘Who captained Ireland in Brian O’Driscoll’s absence the last time we played the Barbarians?’…the answer, of course, was Shane Horgan.
Congratulations to all the lucky winners who have been notified by email and should be receiving their tickets in the post in the coming days.
We are also delighted to announce that our Junior Supporters Club Mascot winner is Orla Curtin from Clarina in County Limerick.
Orla, who plays Tag rugby with the Ballybrown Community Games team, hopes to play for the Ireland Women’s team one day and she will lead the team out at Thomond Park, so remember to giver her a huge cheer!
