The O2 Rugby Ball – Lions Banquet

The IRFU Charitable Trust will be holding their annual Rugby Ball – ‘Lions Banquet’ on Friday, March 12, the eve of the Ireland v Wales RBS 6 Nations match.

The annual O2 Rugby Ball is being held in the Burlington Hotel, commencing at 7.15pm on Friday, March 12. A number of British & Irish Lions will be in attendance such as Gerald Davies, JPR Williams, Phil Bennett, Ollie Campbell, Gareth Edwards, Mick Galwey and Jack Kyle, to name a few.

This event is to raise much-needed funds to support paralysed players and their families, to help give them independence and to cover their costs and care. Please lend your support and book a table for this prestigious event.

It is a Black Tie Ball and the night will include celebrity guest appearances, excellent food and wine, music and a raffle for great prizes.

There is a reception before the dinner 7.15pm-8pm and the Dublin Welsh Male Voice Choir will provide the early entertainment.

This year the price has been reduced from €;1,950 to €;1,500 for a table of 10, tables of 8 or 12 are also available. The price per person is €;150, single or pairs of seats can be purchased.
