Navan Rugby Club Launch Lotto Online

Navan RFC have become the latest club to launch their very own online lotto to help fundraising efforts in the club. The Navan Local Lotto was luanched my Minister Noel Dempsey TD before the recent AIB League meeting with Instonians.

Minister Noel Dempsey TD was on hand to launch Navan RFC’s new fundraising new venture and buy the first ticket for the lotto online.

Minister Dempsey commended the club on their ‘great work in the community and wished the club the best for the coming year.’

Navan’s Paul Algar said: “Our new lotto is very important to the club for the future. It is an extremely easy service to use.

“People just log into www.navanrfc.ie and enter their numbers, email address and payment details.

“Each week the lotto player receives an email with lotto numbers, any winners and club news about club games and events. The system is fully secure, transparent and compliant which is also very important.

“The real benefit for the club is to reach former players and members who may have moved away from the area and want to support Navan.”

Paul concluded by saying that ‘the Internet is growing all the time and clubs need to be aware of the potential that is available via the web and urged all members to join up for a chance to win the jackpot.’

Navan are one of a growing number of clubs including Blackrock College RFC, Barnhall, Galwegians, Tuam and Corinthians using the Local Lotto system.
